User level access control allows you to give staff access to JustRoster that matches their role. While maintaining privacy requirements and keeping information safe.
'Staff' access allows personnel to view their private information such as current and past shifts and their profile page.
'Advanced' access allows managers to take care of the day to day running of your business.
'Full Access' provides unrestricted site control for senior managers and directors. It is the only user level that can close an incident report, review reports, and alter critical settings.
All personnel can add Incident Reports. Managers can review and add more information to them, however, only a Full Access user has the ability to close reports, ensuring they know and are happy with what happened and the actions that have been taken.
